This error appears every time I open the software after upgrading to the latest version. What should I do to remove it?
I submitted a support ticket, but there has been no response in nearly two days.

You have a broken extension. Get help/console and post that here.
Also update find and replace, quotes and exchange rates.
If you are using cvs text file imported, it’s broken.

Have you explored the Extensions menu and the tabs/options in there?

go to the menu, choose Extensions/Manage Extensions then go to Updates - see if QER is in that list to upgrade it.
If it is not, go to the Installed Tab and remove QER, then reinstall it - it would grab the latest version.
