I had monydance, upgraded and paid to upgrade, but computer crashed reinstalled program, but cannot register
I downloaded the app and inserted registration to register and upgrade--I had already paid the upgrade fee before the computer crashed, but the app does not recognize the registration number to register, nor can I upgrade even though I paid the fee to register and upgrade, please advise.

License key are version specific.
When you upgrade you should receive an additional email with a new key in it.
