Balances off, sometimes

Sometimes when I open MD, looking at the side bar, my balances are way off. Then after 30-40 seconds, the correct balances are displayed. Any idea what is going on here? (Version 2023 5005)

    It's sync catching up (or there are some errors)... Grab help/console after this happens and post that here....
