Online Banking
I have set up my checking account without a problem. I can directly download transactions in checking. When I try the same thing with savings it downloads the checking transactions into the savings account.

I am having the exact same problem. I set-up each account so that it appears you can download transactions based on a/n and routing number for the unique account, but when I attempt to do so, all transactions are clustered into one account.
I'm also getting inaccurate balances on accounts. For example, online balance shows $100, but MD shows -$250.
Hope someone can help here.

Kent and Sarah,
I am very sorry it has taken us this long to get back to you.
You have inadvertently set up the same account twice. Please disable your accounts that are not working properly and then start again. This time please wait until the dialogue appears giving you a choice of what account you want to choose. When you click through without making that choice, it defaults to the first one.
Sincerely,
Brian Adler

I disabled all accounts and set them up again waiting for dialogue box and picking Saving , still downloading checking acc't transactions. Disabled all again but this time started with Savings still download Checking. Checking account number is over writing savings acc't number

Kent,
When you set-up your accounts, a window should be displayed after the Online Setup window that would allow you to map your banks account to you Moneydance account. You did not show this window. I had some problems with this window and it turned out I was impatient and did not allow this window to display. What I think is happening is your checking account is the first account on the banks list of accounts which is why it keeps getting remapped when you bypass this window.

Oilcan is correct in his assessment of what is probably going on. Also, If you are not using the most recent version (2010r2 build 743), please update to that version. You can download the update here. This update has resolved a few key issues our users have been experiencing, including a number of issues with OFX connections. Please let me know if your issue persists and we will look into other solutions, including your OS, the bank you are connecting with, and the version of Java you are using.
Please let me know if I can be of further assistance, and I apologize again for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
