Why am I being asked to pay for my subscription again?

Hi,
I paid my MoneyDance Subscription in 2017, but have just tried to enter an item in my copy of MoneyDance and it's forcing me to a page where it wants me to pay again. Please can you tell me what's going on?

I'm a fellow customer.
Moneydance licenses are versions specific.
A license purchased in 2017 is expected to be valid for Moneydance versions 2017, 2019 & 2020.
The license upgrade policy can be found at:

The image you have posted would appear to be for Moneydance 2023, a version you are not licensed to use. You can either purchase a half price upgrade through the upgrade field on:

or potentially try to downgrade to Moneydance 2020.

Thanks for the info.
Just checked and I paid again in Oct 2020.
I thought it was one fee for good, but it appears they charge every 3 years
or so.

just a user - it is "one fee for good", but that's the version you bought, and you get one free upgrade.
If you want to buy a different version, that's your choice - it is not forced upon you like Quicken used to do.
Check out the link dwg provided.
If you'd rather go back to the version you purchased, older versions are available for exactly this reason. Many users are continuing to use the version they purchased, I know a few people still using the 2012 version.
