MoneyDance Freezes

Hi.
When I want to edit a multiple transctions the program freezez and I cannot edit the transaction.

Please help.

   What exactly do you mean by ‘edit a multiple transctions’? What exactly are you doing at the time?

   Hi Marcelo,

   I believe you are a Windows user. If so, you may want to try this:

   When Moneydance appears to freeze try Alt –> Spacebar –> M and use the arrow keys, to see if you can move a missing dialog back on screen. This can happen if at some time you have connected a second monitor.

   For a more permanent solution, as you are already using the Toolbox:

   Launch the Toolbox and select Update Mode

   Finally choose Menu: General Tools. Update Functions-> Reset Window Display Settings and restart Moneydance!

   Oh!! Maddy,

   This is two in a row!!

   I did not realize that was what was happening. I found the other window.
   And you are right I am using 3 monitors.
