MD+ not working

Hi,

I subscribed to MD+ and connected a couple of banks (Chase and Guideline). However, the connection option in the app appears unusable. No account is shown in the accounts tab in the Setup Moneydance+ window, and when I click on refresh, it keeps poping out an error message (see attached screenshot).

Please advice.

    Hi Chris,
    Thank you for contacting Moneydance support.

    Usually, restarting Moneydance should remove the error that you are seeing.

    Additionally, in order to Connect More Accounts or re-linking an existing account.
    In the Setup Moneydance+>Accounts window, you should click on the Click to select account text in order to choose the account in Moneydance that matches up with the online account on the left side.
    You should click on the greyed out text to choose the account you require.

    Finally, you can find detailed steps in this article of the Knowledge Base.

    Thanks Maddy. It seems to be working this morning. Might be that I tried
    too soon after starting the subscription. I did restart Moneydance
    yesterday and it didn't work.

    I have another question. In the help doc you referenced, it states that the
    time range of the sync can be configured in this section:

    However, I don't seem to be able to find the Reset Sync Date option on that
    page. Pls see attached screenshot.

    You should select the Online->Setup Moneydance+ menu, then click on an account (not the bank name) in the right column you should see a popup menu. If you select the Reset Sync Date entry, Moneydance will prompt you upon the next download to select how far back in time you'd like it to request transactions. How far back the transactions actually go is dependent upon the bank and/or their service provider, but Moneydance will request whatever date you specify.
