Moneydance won't display on one account
wondering if anyone has a solution to this problem. I have two user accounts on Moneydance, myself and my wife's. When I open Moneydance it opens my account without a problem however when I attempt to switch to my wife's account, my account closes but when I try to open my wife's it visually disappears. I have re-installed MD without any change, moneydance.exe appears to be running on task manager.

Do you mean that MD crashes/quits/exits?
If so, after this happens, find errlog.txt file on disk and upload here (BEFORE YOU RESTART MD).
Or, if MD is still working, go to the Help menu, Console. Grab the output and upload here.

It is weird I can work on the first file without incidence then when I try
to switch to the other, a little flash and everything disappears and I
cannot reload???

Ok, I installed the extn, and it reverted to the same old problem so I Will
remove it.

You log is showing a Padding error.
In order to correct the problem you could:
1) Ensure that your data file is stored in the default location
2) Restore from a back up
To relocate your data file:
Navigate to Extensions->Manage Extensions and install the Toolbox.
Select the Update function (from within the Toolbox) and navigate to Menu: General Tools->Relocate this dataset back to the default 'internal' location.
if you choose to restore from a backup, you should choose File --> Restore from Backup (or 'Import New Account Set' from the Welcome window). Then navigate to and select the backup file.
If you'd like to re-name the restored file, you can follow the steps in this article from the knowledge base.
It's important you close the Moneydance program fully before you make any changes.
Then change the data file name to whatever you want - just be sure to retain the .moneydance file extension at the end of the file name.
I hope this information is helpful. Please let us know if you have further questions or need more assistance.

Actually Beezly (mr. toolbox) solved my problem. He told me to delete
extension StockGlance. I removed it and all is working well except I cannot
use that extension because when I reloaded it, the same problem occurred -
so I just uninstalled it

I've fixed this problem in StockGlance.
I can't reproduce your situation exactly with the two accounts, so it would be great if you could install the updated StockGlance when Sean uploads it.

Keep console open. Now click on an account on the left side bar, then click back to the home page/summary screen.. Anything new in console?

Again, after I tried to change users accounts (StockGlance was installed) then MD visually disappeared. I had to reboot PC, Load MD, delete Stockglance in order to keep using. Here is the console date after doing that:

With installed... It needs to be installed, so that it crashes, so that it updates console, so that the developer can find the problem.

It's no good rebooting and then grabbing console as that wipes it out.. If you force quit MD, then BEFORE you launch MD again, you have to find errlog.txt on disk and upload that here (it's the same file that help/console uses)..
