Cannot save file
I cannot save file after I download transactions. I had this problem since Sept 22. We thought we had solved it, but the problem has recurred. Please help, my tax files are pending.

This is not the problem. I cannot save the transactions --- they do not show up in the register after importing, closing the file and reopening.

Do normal manual txns save ok?
Does this only affect downloaded txns?
Do you see the txns before you restart MD, but then they are gone upon restart?
How are you opening the app?
Can you grab help/console and upload output here?

Do you see the txns before you restart MD, but then they are gone upon restart? Yes, the transactions are there and then when I restart, they are not in the register.
How are you opening the app? I double click the Moneydance Icon
Can you grab help/console and upload output here?
