Updated software but still does not generate reports or graphs

   Hi Ron,

   A little more information would be helpful.

   Are reports and graphs listed on the left side bar? If not, you can add them by clicking on the plus sign ( + ) at the bottom of the left side bar.

   If you are attempting to generate reports and graphs from the Tools > Graphs and Reports menu item and nothing appears to happen, then the window to select graphs and reports may be rendering off-screen. If that is the case let me know and we can work on resolving that.

   If there is some other issue, provide the details.

   Thanks for reply.
   When I try to create a graph(report) one of four things happens
   1. Nothing happens
   2. A message no data
   3. A straight line
   4.Error unable to generate
