Help! My mortgage account got messed up and I can't fix it
As a long time MD user, I'm embarrassed to admit this one has me flummoxed.
I edited my mortgage loan account to update the escrow payment and now it shows zero for both principal and interest payments. Nothing I do seems to get the correct amounts back, even though in the Calculate Payment: field it shows the correct total amount (i.e., principal + interest + escrow). I've tried several things and shut down MD and restarted, all to no avail. I've updated the escrow regularly without problems, but this time it fought back. Anyone have any ideas how to fix it and what happened so I don't do it again?
Thanks,
Tom

Hi Tom,
We are sorry to hear about the problem you have encountered.
Could you select your loan account in the left side bar and navigate to Account->Edit? You should ensure the balance adjustment field is 0.
I hope this information is helpful. Please let us know if you have further questions or need more assistance.
