Looking a long way back in the bank account.

I am Treasurer of a small company and we want to look back to at least 2015 in our bank account. However the software is only allowing us to look back to 24/7/2017. Can you tell me how we can look further back please.

    just a user,

    You must have a filter set. On the register of your bank account be sure to click the middle top drop down to show ALL Transactions
