Moneydance+ not importing check numbers from Wells Fargo
I'm using the Moneydance+ trial and it's not bringing in Check #s when it imports my checking account transactions. Downloading from the bank directly by myself does, so I'm wondering if there's a way to fix Moneydance+. I tried opening a support ticket for this but haven't received a response, so I'm trying this forum.

Thank you for contacting Moneydance support.
I have responded to your other discussion yesterday. You should have received a copy of the reply via email. You can find the same below:
"Please accept my sincere apologies for the delay getting back to you. I’m afraid that your request for assistance was missed by the support team while I was on annual leave. I must apologise again for the lack of support you have received and hopefully we can make up for it now. Unfortunately Plaid (the aggregator used to download your data to Moneydance) doesn't provide an actual check number field, so that has to go into the description and memo fields. That's the only information that is downloadable, but if you enter what the check was for manually, as you write it, then Moneydance will offer those transactions as "merge" options when downloaded."
