Pop-up
Everytime Moneydance opens, a pop-up comes up, "This is first download of ***, how far back... "
How do we get Moneydance to quit doing this?

Direct Connection/OFX or md+
Do you actually use md+ or OFX?
Is this account one of the ones you download, and is it downloading OK?
What version of MD?
File/Settings or Preferences, Network. Do you have auto downloads turned on? Do you need this?
Grab help/console. Upload contents here.

This is for a bank account.
Not md+
Use md+ for credit card account, not for the bank account
Not sure about connection to bank. Direct perhaps.

I don’t use the connection to the bank as I just enter transactions into MD. Can’t remember if I have ever used the “reconciliation” feature.
I just don’t need MD asking me about the download as I’m not going to do that.

Go to Online, Setup MD+
Find the bank account in question. On the right hand side, click the name, then select 'Don't Download' at the top of the list
