Syncing

I have looked at the info to sync between 2 computers. However, I am unable to select iCloud as a place to sync. I have version 2020.2 (1929). I have used dropbox in the past, but cannot find any info on my computer about dropbox (I recently had to restore my iMac). I would like to sync between iMac and MacBook Air. I would like to use a folder in iCloud.

I have attached 2 screenshots in 1 file to show that I do not have an iCloud choice.

   I'm a fellow user.

   Support for using iCloud for syncing with Apple device was released in the later versions of Moneydance 2021.

   Thank you. The instructions say after 2019 so I thought I was ok. Thanks for your answer.

   Hello,

   Can you clarify where you are seeing that iCloud is supported in the 2019 version so we can fix it? In https://infinitekind.tenderapp.com/kb/syncing-and-sharing-data/sync... under the iCloud section, it says: "This sync option is available in Moneydance 2022 and newer versions."

   I’m sorry. Apparently I only noticed the first part of the article that says
   "If you are running Moneydance 2019 or a newer version you can sync your files seamlessly and efficiently across computers and mobile devices using our fully encrypted internal syncing engine. Moneydance can now use any shared folder (such as Dropbox) to quickly sync your financial data conflict-free, using end-to-end encryption to maintain your privacy.”

   I did not notice the 2022 info about iCloud. I have since upgraded to the newest version and appear to be able to sync now.
