Direct connect with M & T bank
I called M&T bank and I am now authorized for direct connect. When I attempt to setup online bill payment it is asking for a customer id.
No idea what that is.
Can u help???
This is my second email regarding this issue. I am a new customer with Moneydance+ and have reached my trial period so I am now paying for this service and would like to get this online bill payment to work.

just a user - if you are indeed talking about direct connect and billpay, then Moneydance+ has nothing to do with this connection. Moneydance+ is through Plaid and connects in a totally different way (and doesn't support online bill payment).
