Unable to Delete/Remove Online Access

I've been using Moneydance now for a couple years, and have been successfully downloading from my American Express account to populate the transactions. I recently decided to add my Chase accounts (I have five). These failed. After some consideration, I decided to not pursue it, but now when I launch MD, I'm prompted for my passwords, which fail. I want to remove Online Access to these accounts. Reading in the various support articles, it appears I should click on the account, go to Online -> Set Up Online Banking, then click the "Disable" button. But I don't have a "Disable" button (I'm attaching a screen shot). Now what?

My setup: Mac OS X 10.8.3, Moneydance 2012.5 (build 862).

    Hi bkmiller54,

Try running the script from the following post.

    http://help.infinitekind.com/discussions/problems/4580-deleting-onl...

If you already have the Python Interface as an item under the Extensions menu in Moneydance, make sure that you're using v.7. You can determine which version is installed by clicking 'Manage Extensions', then scroll down to Python Scripting Interface.

Have you tried using one of the other Chase options when attempting online banking for Chase? (see attached)

    Kevin,

Thanks for your quick response. I've run the Python script and that has cleared up my immediate issue.

When I get the chance, I'll try the other Chase accounts.

    Again, thanks,

    Hi Kent,

You're welcome. I'm glad to hear that it worked.
