Key recovery

HI,
I am installing Moneydance on a new laptop - the old one is inaccessible. I have requested a key recovery and received a response with two keys. Unfortunately, neither of these keys are accepted. Please advise how to recover my licence key.

You can use Command ⌘ instead of Control ^ on Mac

Moneydance license keys are version specific, so the version of Moneydance you install must match the keys used. I suspect you have installed the latest version but your keys are for older releases.

Thanks, presumably the other alternative is to purchase an upgrade?

You are correct, the purchase page has an upgrade field that provides for a 50% discount.
