Mortgage Adjustment
Hello,
My mortgage company recalculated my escrow payments. When I tried to update my mortgage account, the dialog looked good, the new payment amount was calculated correctly (with 1 cent difference). However when I clicked OK, the remaining amount is now showing as negative (a negative sum of all prior payments), the interest remaining and the # of remaining payments are showing as zeroes, the principal and interest payments are $0.00. Essentially everything is calculated as if the mortgage amount was 0.
Also in the account Register the first line shows "Amount" as the right amount (in red) and "Balance" as "0.00" (in blue).
If I select "Edit Account", I that dialog I again see all the correct values.

I suspect that if you go into the Edit Account screen again you could find an amount in the Balance Adjustment field, if there is remove the value.

Hi Andrey,
Could you select your mortgage account in the left side bar and navigate to Account->Edit? You should ensure the balance adjustment field is 0.
Please keep us posted on your progress, Thank you!

Hi Maddy, dwg,
Yes, zeroing the balance adjustment field did the trick.
Thank you!
