I'm running Somona 14.1 and my system is so slow. It takes a long time to enter ( get spinning beach ball) anything. What can I do to get back to where I use to be. I'm running 2023.1 (5006)

    Turn off iCloud sync. Switch to Dropbox sync.

    Can you send link to a manual so I can see how to set up Dropbox syncing? iCloud has worked great, hope I can use it again. Thanks
