I'm a fellow user.
Try installing the latest preview:
https://infinitekind.com/preview
This should hopefully allow Moneydance to continue loading after receiving this error.
After Moneydance is running got into the Extension --> Manage Extensions option on the Moneydance menu and upgrade your extensions.
The core problem is an out of date extension that is not compatible with the current version of Moneydance.

Hi David,
We are sorry to hear about the problem you have encountered.
The error message that you are seeing after upgrading Moneydance is returned by an old version of an extension (Debt Insight) that you had installed.
If you click the OK button in the error screen, you can bypass the error and Moneydance should run normally.
Finally, if you wish to re-install or update your extensions, you should navigate to Extensions -> Manage Extensions in the main Moneydance menu and reinstall the extensions you require from the list of available extensions.
Please keep us posted on your progress, Thank you!
