Unable to reinstall
Moneydance will not open. I have uninstalled and reinstalled without success. I am running Windows 7 and purchased Moneydance about a month ago as a replacement for Quicken. I have a lot of financial data which hopefully I can back up from the back up file. Please help.

You can use Command ⌘ instead of Control ^ on Mac

This is a bug, and we are working on a solution. Future versions of Moneydance should correct this bug.
Here is one successful work-around we have found:
When the program is open:
1) Maximize window 2) Click the restore down button (upper right hand corner, next to the X to close) 3) On the status bar, right-click to size, right-click to close/quit 4) Restart Moneydance
