Upgrading to MoneyDance 2023
Hello and good evening.
Earlier today I purchased an upgrade to MoneyDance 2023. I've paid the invoice via PayPal and have not received any information from Paddle, your software reseller. I've tried to reach out to them but all I get is a chatbot that keeps asking the same questions but isn't getting me to a real person. Do you have a contact person ... a REAL contact person ... at Paddle who I can talk to about this?
