I updated to 2010r3 build 748 and I still have the same problem. I
am running Java version 1.6.0_17. I have been able to successfully
setup all my other accounts for OFX downloads except this one. I
appreciate any help you can provide.<br>

<p>As silly as this likely sounds, sometimes this issue is simply
caused by a slow server (most likely on the bank's end). Would you
try it again, and hang out on the "Online Banking Signup" window
for a good 60 to 90 seconds? Usually it will only take this long
when setting up the account for the first time. Let me know how it
goes, and we'll look into other options if this doesn't do the
trick.</p>

I tried to give it additional time on the "Online Banking Signup"
window- a good 5 minutes- but still nothing. All the options are
grayed out except for "Cancel". I guess I need some other options
to try.<br>
