Problem connecting to Morgan Keegan
I've recently converted from Quicken to Moneydance (Mac user). Under Quicken, I could direct connect to my financial institution, Morgan Keegan, and perform an OFX download. When trying to set up Morgan Keegan online banking in Moneydance, I get past the "online banking authentication" window, but then the "online banking signup" window appears with no highlighted options (see below). Any advice you could provide would be appreciated. i can direct connect to other financial institutions just fine.

If you are not using the most recent version (2010r3 build 748), please update to that version. You can download the update here. This update has resolved a few key issues our users have been experiencing, including a number of OFX issues. Please let me know if your issue persists and we will look into other solutions, and include the version of Java you are running.

I updated to 2010r3 build 748 and I still have the same problem. I am running Java version 1.6.0_17. I have been able to successfully setup all my other accounts for OFX downloads except this one. I appreciate any help you can provide.

Gary,
As silly as this likely sounds, sometimes this issue is simply caused by a slow server (most likely on the bank's end). Would you try it again, and hang out on the "Online Banking Signup" window for a good 60 to 90 seconds? Usually it will only take this long when setting up the account for the first time. Let me know how it goes, and we'll look into other options if this doesn't do the trick.

I tried to give it additional time on the "Online Banking Signup" window- a good 5 minutes- but still nothing. All the options are grayed out except for "Cancel". I guess I need some other options to try.
