Window stops responding

I am using version 2023.3 for Mac on Mac mini M2. It periodically has a window no longer responding. I can fix it by double clicking on window and a new window that is LIVE comes up. Any way to fix this?

    Two things. Grab help/console (post that here after it happens again) and b) run toolbox extension and see if it detects invalid window locations?
