I have edited a couple old credit card accounts and checked "Hide on summary page (if balance is zero)"
The balance for both is zero but they are still showing on summary page.
I have tried closing Moneydance and restarting.

I think you have discovered a BUG in the current version of MD.

I can confirm your findings in MD ver 2023.3 (5064) MacOS 14.3.1 & Win 10

    Hmm, it's working for me?

Can you supply a test dataset that reproduces your findings (as a MD backup file)?

    Hi

I can confirm Stuarts finding. With 2023.3(5064) on Windows ticking Hide on Summary Page (if balance is zero) works for me.

On further testing, I can see where the confusion arises. I think Glen was expecting it to not show on the side bar (as was I). Unless Glen still has this problem.

If the balance is zero, it does indeed get removed from the summary page, but it does not get removed from the Side Bar. I know that you can manually remove it, but perhaps that should be automatic.
