I messed up
I was sure I was backing up my stuff regularly, but I ended up overwriting my latest data file with an older one. Don't ask how. :O) I'm seriously embarrassed. Suffice to say I didn't know that I have to mount my NTFS drive before accessing it from Ubuntu and I got confused for a bit.
Anyhoo, I had paid a bill using the "Online Bill Payment" option and now it is no longer recorded. Is there a way to retrieve that from the Moneydance servers? Ot is there any other way to recover it?
Thanks.
Tony

I don't think there is any "Moneydance server" from which you could pull any data. Couldn't you just download it from your bank? Or have you already downloaded once and can't get it again?
Alternatively, why can't you just enter the missing payment transaction into the register manually, without sending a new online payment instruction to the bank?

Yeah, I'll enter it manually. I just hope the payment goes through.
Good thing I only did one or I'd never remember all the details. :O)
Thanks.
