Reconciling account

I have been using moneydance for years and reconciling the account monthly

In last two weeks reconcile has stopped working, when I select account/reconcile the programme does nothing and hangs. If I then press the esc key I can then carry on editing the account but currently I cannot reconcile it

    Sounds like the reconciliation window is off screen. Are you using a multi-monitor setup? One solution is to install toolbox extension and use the option to reset all windows to defaults.
