Quote loader not working using Yahoo

Hi all,

Quote Loader has been faultless for years, but this morning following the update it now errors on every line. Any help gratefully accepted.

   Seems to be with Yahoo, FT is working.

   Hi larry

   Looks like Yahoo has changed something.

   I reported the issue to Mike.

   In the mean time change the Source to FT.
   Any Securities that return an error with FT as the source then post your base currency, the Ticker, full Security Name and last price you have and its traded currency or just post a screen shot of the Quote Loader windows after you click GET PRICES.

   Mike confirms Yahoo has made some changes. He is looking at a fix. As I say use FT until a new build is available.

   All securities except one filled correctly when I changed source to FT. It is the only security in Quote Loader that does not have USD as Trade Currency, though USD does show as currency in Security History. I am not able to insert "USD" into the field in Quote Loader. Thanks in advancE

   Try adding an Alt Ticker for FT. see screen shot.

    Strange, as you can see from my screen shot I get a price for Principal US Small Cap Mlt Fac Ind ETF

    Are you sure you changed the source to FT and then typed in the Alt Ticker PSC:NMQ:USD
