Find and Replace from Summary screen not working in latest release 5117

Find and Replace from Summary screen not working in latest release 5117. Just using Find comes up with the usual screen but with no entries and a blue rotating circle at the pointer.

    FYI - 2024.1 alpha is out... Should address this 🤞... I assume it will become live soon....
