Free upgrade download problem
Hi Maddy - me again!
I had another request to upgrade Moneydance again today, and it's now given me a demo version. I've tried inputting my license number but it won't accept it. I've also tried a previous license number but it won't accept that one either.
I used your instructions regarding Norton 360, but it's come up with a Threat message again, i.e. it has blocked a suspicious action by Moneydance.
I know that NordVPN has been blocking threats and is treating a most of the websites I try to visit, but I switched NordVPN to do this upgrade this morning.
When I tried doing the upgrade on Thursday, I couldn't get back into the program and ended up restoring my latest backup, which is why I tried doing the upgrade again this morning.
Where do I go from here? Is it just a case of a new license number that will get me back in again?

A free upgrade is available for people who purchased Moneydance 2023.
You do not state what version of Moneydance you purchased.

The message told me this was a free upgrade, however I first purchased Moneydance around 2016, and then in 2019 (I think) I paid another fee.
My first license fee number was F219219289-54E360D1, and the more recent license number was P26454197-ACEC5328, if that helps.

I'm a fellow user.
P264 is a Moneydance 2022 license, it entitles you to Moneydance versions 2022 and 2023.
Unfortunately there was a glitch and for a few days the system was erroneously advising that some 2022 could upgrade to 2024 for free. This has now been corrected.
You can either go back to Moneydance 2023 or purchase a discounted upgrade, the choice is yours.
