Investment Report
I have bneen running Qucken & Moneydance side by side for the last 18 months. The main reason I still use Quicken is produce a report showing me the portfolio gains and losses since the last time I entered daily prices. Can someone in the team come up with a report that would give me this info...I could then drop quicken as everything else in Moneydance is superior. Please don't tell me I can produce it myself within investments reports as I find that too difficult as I find the report writer too complicated to use.
Fingers crossed someone can do this ..it would be a major improvement to Moneydance investing as its the most important report to see portfolio movements.
Thankyou
Roger

Funny you should ask that question. Some time ago, a fellow user wrote
an extension, specifically, it was working with 2019, at the time. I
don't know the status of that extension, except that it works on my
2019.3 (1880). It is located at
https://bitbucket.org/jimrichmond/moneydance-2019/wiki/Home . I don't
know if it works on any other version, as it does not seem to work in my
test-bed using 2019.4 (1908).
Hopefully, the author is "listening" and can comment. I found it very
useful, and I remember others doing some beta testing of it.
