DIA Price Update Not Correct

I'm using Quote Loader Extension and have DIA in a Fidelity Acct that updates price daily. However, the price updates incorrectly. Today, it updates at $3.11 and DIA is trading at $393.29. Clearly, I have something wrong but cannot figure out how to fix it???
