Hello, I live in Washington State, USA. I've tried to use the Bank of America online settings for "all other states" and I'm having no luck with my password and logon. I know the Bank of America has a separate access for Washington and Idaho. Can you confirm the current settings allow access to Bank of America of Washington and Idaho.

So far, the software continues to pleasantly surprise me with new functionality and a common sense approach. Thank you.

    Hi Alan

I just checked the Direct Connect compatibility database and currently Bank of America - WA and ID is not listed as supporting Direct Connect. Direct Connect is the process of automatically downloading transactions into Moneydance or Quicken.

They are however listed as supporting Web Connect. Web Connect is the process of logging on to the Banks web site and downloading a transactions file. This file will be in OFX/QFX format and can be imported into Moneydane by selecting Import from the file menu.

I'm sorry that your Bank does not yet support this feature. It might be helpful to contact them and let them know for your desire for this service.

If you have any further questions please feel free to ask. Sincerely Ben Spencer
