ODBC connection so I can do more comprehensive data scrubbing using MS-Access?
When migrating data from Quicken (etc) or at any time we need to do a mass data scrub (complex find/replace). I find it impossible to do this using Moneydance and the Find and Replace extension (add-on) is far too simple. I could do anything I need if I could connect to Moneydance's data using MS-Access using ODBC or another means, as I could run multiple complex find/replace queries. Is there a way to do this?

No, there is no way to do this with Moneydance as Moneydance does not use an SQL relational database as its data storage layer.
If you are a programmer you might try the python extension but this will still not give you a query language into Moneydance.

Thanks Ben. Are you aware of other extensions (add-ons) to do “find/replace”, that have more complex ability than the Find and Replace extension? I’m already using it, but it’s capabilities are too simple.
I’m fairly new to Moneydance (ex-Quicken). After migrating my Quicken dataset to Moneydance, I downloaded and imported several months worth of data updates for all my accounts from multiple institutions. Moneydance inserted incorrect data into the “Category” field for many records, and I’m trying to correct them.
