Bill Reminders

I just discovered that if there are too many reminders on a day in the calendar view you can't even see the reminders that don't fit let alone click on them to enter the bill. Would it be possible to bubble up the reminders that have not been used to the top of the list so they will eventually be seen once other bills for that day are paid? I discovered you can enlarge the calendar and see them once there is room but if I had more reminders that would not even work.

Just a suggestion - love your product btw.

    Hi James,

I think there was another user who suggested maybe a scroll bar for the pop-up that appears when you click on those days where there are too many reminders. I like your bubble-up suggestion.

I don't have this particular, over-crowding situation with any dates in my calendar but I did notice that if I hover (not click) the cursor over a certain date, a pop-up appears with that dates reminders.

In your case, does the hover-pop-up include the 'hidden' reminders?

Just as an FYI, the 'Reminders' widget for the Summary page provides up to a six-month view of future reminders. Click on the underlined text 'Upcoming' to view them. In the more recent builds, the widget has a 'Two Weeks', 'One Month' and 'This Month' drop-down list for the Summary page display.

I only have this issue on one day a month so it is not too much of a problem however I might have missed the reminders that did not show had I not intentionally looked for them.

It is true that they show up in the hover which is how I was able to enter them but they are not highlighted like they are in the overview so it is not clear which ones have been entered and which have not without checking the dates. The "bubble up" method seems to be the easiest to implement (simple sorting using an existing flag) and to use imo which is usually best in GUI design. A scroll bar would unnecessarily clutter the calendar boxes.

If I used the Summary page it would definitely show up however I prefer the visual feedback of the calendar view.

    Thanks for your comments.
