transfers in

The money that I have in my transfers in tab that have, when my yearly lisence end how am I suppose to load it up when the bank clears me and I have my bank back because my bank of america did something where someone was stalking me and someone just deleted everything of mine in one day as if I'm not in there anymore. I have it downloaded and I have it all under my transfers in tab. What do i do.
