Managing Subscriptions
Any ideas on how to manage subscriptions in Money Dance -- we could add bills with annual reminders but it would be nice if there was a way to identify all subscriptions like say Netflix/office 365 etc - we could then use that to run a report.. remind yourself to cancel the subscription etc.

Hi Hari,
I'd recommend using tags to track these subscription transactions. Tags provide an extra level of tracking for your income and expenses. Tags are detailed a little further in this article.
To enter a tag, simply begin typing in the 'Tags' field. (You can find a breakdown of the transaction fields here).
To amend your existing transactions and add tags, I'd recommend you use the 'Find and Replace' extension. You can download this within Extensions --> Manage Extensions. This will allow you to search for multiple transactions at once, e.g. Netflix - and add the 'subscription' tag to all existing transactions in one go.
You can use the Transactions report, or Income and Expense report to view the data - within the report setting you can filter using the 'subscription' tag.
