Tarball needed

Please, bring back .tgz file as a possible installation method. The shell script does not install everything correctly (.desktop file, capital letter binary, etc). Tarball was scriptable and much easier to work with than exploding rpm or deb and manually going over the cleanup.

    While there doesn't seem to be a link on the download page, I believe this is still available at http://infinitekind.com/stabledl/current/Moneydance_linux_amd64.tar.gz

    Let me know if that doesn't meet your needs, and I can pass that on to our developers.
