Option for a reminder to pay credit card bill
I own a copy of Moneydance, which I regard as a superb personal finance app. It is equipped with enough features so that it stands out as one of the best in its genre. I am therefore somewhat surprised that it doesn't include an option for creating a reminder that facilitates the management of monthly payment of credit card bill to the credit card company. What's missing for that is a choice that will allow the amount of the transaction to equal current balance of credit card account. That way, one could schedule the transfer of said amount from bank account to credit card account. Also, the program has to know that it's merely a transfer, so as not to count it as either expense or income in the section of the home page dealing with upcoming transactions.
Yes, I've seen this suggestion swirling around, but I'm not aware of any response Infinite Kind has made that addresses this very reasonable request, and would appreciate hearing what support has to say about this.

Would it be possible to pay bills on-line by using the reminders or a scheduled bill-pay routine? I believe Quicken has had this capability for years.
Seems this would be a lot more convenient for users? Set the reminder to pay Vendors with on-line capability and get a receipt from the vendor as an attachment to the transaction. Now that would be real convenient.
Then there should be a way to LOCK the ACCOUNTS' data file transactions once RECONCILED to READ ONLY, to prevent deletion, corruption, overwriting, or changing the transaction unless a 6-digit password (recoverable in Preferences) is used, when asked. And bring forward the PREVIOUSLY RECONCILED BALANCE and a CURRENT DEFAULT DATE to use a choice of:..End of last Month, Current Date, OR Other Date AND THE CURENT BALANCE choice of...End of Prior Month, Current Balance, or Other Balance-Date.
