Printing registers in dark mode
Greetings
I have been operating MoneyDance in dark mode. I just printed off one of my account registers and it also prints in dark mode - so the printer prints pretty much the whole page in black with white lettering.
Could there be an option in the printing tab that would allow registers to be printed in non dark format - it is impossible to read the small white lettering against the black background and is a huge waste of toner.

How is this issue coming along with the developers? I just blew a whole bunch of toner thinking that almost 2 years the issue would have been fixed.
Is there a fix coming?

I’m afraid that your request for assistance was missed by the support team, and it’s only now we’ve been able to work through the backlog of older discussions. Please be assured we are putting systems in place to ensure a higher level of service and speedier responses.
Reading through your previous discussion thread here, as well as comparing the differences of the printing dark mode for each different version starting from Moneydance 2020 till the most recent Moneydance 2021 (build 3031).
In short, there has been a continuous improvement made regarding the dark mode.
And in my opinion, Moneydance 2021 (build 3031) here has a better dark mode color printing (although not the best).
Hence, I think the best solution would be to change to other lighter theme colours (restarting is required to take effect) before selecting the intended transaction to print, which I believe would save your printer toner ink way much more efficiently.
