Scroll bar arrows

I am surprised that there are no arrows on any of the scroll bars. I thought this was a Windows standard. It would be nice to have them so that this application was like other Windows applications. It would certainly be easier to use. With arrows, the user can keep his eyes focused on the same area and see the next transaction.
