When syncing a new file, omit "inactive" accounts from the side bar

I recently got a new, second Mac and on it I installed Moneydance and synced my finances file (using Dropbox Connection).

When I did, all of my transactions were there, but so also were hundreds of inactive accounts in the side bar. I've had to painstakingly go through and remove each one. I realize that the designed behavior is for the side bar to contain all accounts unless removed, and that probably makes sense for a small file, but for one containing 25 years of transactions, it's sub-optimal.

Why not simply populate the side bar with only active accounts? That would be a good proxy for the accounts one would care about in the side bar.

Adding a UI or even just a Python script that would perform some or all of the following operations would also help:

- Add all accounts to the side bar.
- Remove all accounts from the side bar.
- Reset side bar to only active accounts.
- Remove all accounts with transactions no newer than a given date from the side bar.

Still have free time? (Just kidding, but I'll suggest it anyway). Consider adding an option to have the side bar synchronized or allow the user to reset the side bar to the settings on machine XYZ.

None of this is super-important. If you could suggest a Python routine to do "Reset side bar to only active accounts", that would probably satisfy 99% of my need.
