Memo's on split transactions-is this still an issue?

I am new to MoneyDance, switching from Quicken. I've searched thru your support articles & it appears LOTS of people want to be able to add memos to the split transactions. Has this happened yet? I understand it was a ticket & we could like "vote" for it if we wanted it? So I'm voting for it now:) Would be VERY helpful!!
