Hi,

It would be great if all the graphs and reports that are available in the desktop client were also available in the mobile client for iphone and ipad. Also I cannot view loan accounts from the mobile app. Would be nice to view loans from the mobile platform as well. The summary page and budget are very helpful tools as well and could be very useful in the mobile version.

Thanks,

Jordan

    Hi Jordan,

The Moneydance mobile app is currently an add-on to the main program and doesn't include the same full functionality as the program on your computer. The mobile app only has very basic functions like viewing, editing and adding new transactions.

Currently Loan and Investment accounts are not included; you'll see 365 days of transactions for Bank accounts, Credit Card accounts, Asset accounts and Liability accounts.

However, we have plans to improve the mobile apps to include much more functionality. We hope to release a full version of the program for iOS and Android. I can't provide a timescale for this, but we'll notify you of any updates within this thread.

Thanks for the suggestion for improving Moneydance! There's an existing ticket in our ticketing system with your suggestion, so I've attached it to this discussion and the developers will be looking into it.

Please let us know if we can be of further assistance!

Yes, you should be looking to full product support on iPad (please reference my existing ticket). There is reference to "existing ticket in our ticketing system" but no reference to it. This is noted in other chains as well. Please provide direct reference; otherwise, I have to try fishing. I'd rather be catching.

    Hello,

Tickets in our support system can be seen on the customer end as a number attachment to support threads. Look at the top of this thread on the right, and you'll see a reference to ticket #2811, which is about adding graphs and reports to the mobile app. This mainly allows us to update threads that were about specific feature requests if those functions are implemented. I apologize if this wasn't clear.
