Easy way to find your error log
When things go wrong, the submission of the errlog.txt is invariably requested.
There then follows detailed instructions of where this file lives. The location of this file, particularly on the Mac OS is not an easy navigation for some users.
Suggestion, why not include a link to the folder containing the errlog.txt under Help off the MD top menu, alongside Show Backup Folder & Show Document Folder.

Hi Jeff,
From the Moneydance menu bar, go to Help > Console Window.
At the bottom of the resulting window, click the 'Save' button.
A file browser will open allowing you to save the the contents to a file so that you can attach the file to a post when requested.

Hi Jeff,
The process Kevin outlined is what we usually use for most situations. However, there are many scenarios where someone can't get the program to launch at all, it suddenly crashes, etc. Since this file is written over anew each time the program is launched, getting the logs from the Help menu wouldn't be possible or useful in those situations, which is why one has to look for the errlog.txt file.
