Investments visible on IOS app
Are there changes being made to the iOS app? I’d like to suggest thait the investments could also be seen on the app as well as credit cards and bank accounts. This could be the view that is available for the summary page, or better still the ability to add investment transactions to your investment accounts - same as we can do with bank accounts.

There are plans to add capability to the Mobile app. The complete data syncing that we now have was one of the prerequisites for this. Alas Apple does not permit Java to run on IOS so it requires a completely new application for the platform and that will take some time to develop.

Thanks for the suggestion for improving Moneydance! There's an existing ticket in our ticketing system with your suggestion, so I've attached it to this discussion and the developers will be looking into it.
Please let us know if we can be of further assistance!

Hi Maddy if this is the case - should I close this case, or does it have to stay open ? - I am happy that you can close it if you have an RFE suggestion open
Any idea when that may come to fruition?

Hello,
It doesn't matter that much if a case is left open or closed. We generally don't close them if an issue isn't completely resolved, although that's a bit ambiguous for situations like new feature suggestions.
This is a long-standing suggestion. Our developers have discussed making the iOS app more fully functional, including the ability to see investments. Unfortunately, we're not able to speculate on timelines for when new features will be released, especially something that would be a major rewrite to one of our programs.
