Add option to save OFX downloaded txns/response to file

Currently if you have the console window open whilst downloading bank transactions you can see the OFX responses... If you copy/paste then you can create a OFX file that can actually be imported into MD...

It would be great if there was an option or tick box that said something like "save OFX download to file" so that user does not have to copy/paste from console.. This would be great for troubleshooting and potentially future imports.

It doesn't need to be complicated.. Perhaps it just saves the most current OFX response/download and it's up to the user to do something with it...
