Check # drop down list
Is there any way to edit (remove) the items shown in the drop down list in the check # field?
I have several items shown that are not needed and would like to remove them.
For example I have "dep, DEP, Deposit" and would like to delete some of these and other items shown to clean up this field.
I believe there was an older version that allowed editing of this listing but is not available in the new version.
Any help would be appreciated.

just a user,
I'm on version 2021.1 build 3034 and there is a "edit list" at the bottom of the check field selection. You can delete or add basic items, or select "don't include" to turn the history off.

Depends on the version. The later versions have this edit capability with newer options.

I am using the same version and I am aware of the edit list you mentioned but it does not show the items I want to remove.
Not sure why that is the case however.
The "don't include" recent entries does work but also removes entries that I would like to keep.
Perhaps I am asking for too much.

just a user,
Don't know how many custom items you need, but you could use the "don't include" option and just manually add those you want to keep.

That could be a solution, thanks for the suggestion

This functionality used to be there, and it worked. Now the drop list shows nothing. There's nothing to edit (3056).
To the IK staff: if a feature works, please, leave it alone. Some of your recent tweaks were blunders, and every other build we download is a fix to a screw up from the prior build.

It’s a bug in 3056. If you look in help. Open console. You will see the error. It’s been reported.
