You only need to do it one for a new account. I would hate to be forced to find one width setting that would work will all accounts. Once you do this, the first account you set column widths on will be the default for all other accounts too..</p>

However, it is most likely that you will be using the same setup for any similar account set. The issue occurs when you begin to resize moneydance on your monitor - either move it from left to right ( or viceversa ) on your screen - or to shrink/expand moneydance to fit alongside other software. My issue mostly occurs when I balance statements or get reports to compare with other data and I have to make the change all over again. But yes - i agree a switch of sort would perhaps be an added advantage for some scenarios.</p></div>RJron
